Need of a filtration of compressed air
In the course of compression in air particles of water, dust and oil collect. If compressed air is not filtered, then this impurity directly gets to compressor installation that will lead to its pollution and emergence of a rust. It will worsen productivity of the equipment and can lead to an exit it out of operation, and also do harm to the consumer of compressed air. For example, in such branches as production of chemical fiber, production of paper and tipografichesky production, production of the pneumatic equipment very clean compressed air which undertakes on test that it did not contain water, oil and dust is required. Thus, it turns out that compressed air has to conform to requirements of production, and filters of compressed air which will purify compressed air are for this purpose necessary.
Filter of rough cleaning of Q
The two-layer filter consists of a grid (stainless steel) which detains and deletes moisture and dirt, and the filtering element (fiber glass). The filtering element detains particles of 3 microns in size. Moisture collects below and is removed from the filter. Water is removed to 25000 ppm (99% of moisture can be detained), oil - to 3 ppm. The filter of rough cleaning of Q is used as the preliminary filter before dehumidifiers as the filter of preliminary cleaning in front of the main filters of the air route.
Filter of thin cleaning of a class P
The filtering element consists of multilayered fiber glass which does not pass a particle the size 1p and more, and a sleeve with openings which allows to arrive quickly to air to the filter. The moisture which is contained in air (concentration of 25000 ppm) is late for 100%. There is only 1 ppm of oil impurity.
Filter of cleaning of oil impurity of a class S
The filter consists of a multilayered tube which is used as preliminary cleaning, from fiber glass of a special design with surface treatment that allows the filter to detain particles of 0,01 microns in size, at the same time the external layer of a sponge absorbs oil vapors. This filter allows to detain 99,99% of oil impurity and only 0,01 ppm remain.
