Description
The device of spill of quiet liquids represents welded metal framework with the platform located in upper part on which 2 nalivochny heads with backpressure valves, hot well for stabilization of operation of the device, the electric pump, "SAU" and the pallet kaplesbornik who serves for collecting and removal of the spilled liquid are established. Nalivochny heads serve for filling of container. The hot well is the store of necessary volume of liquid for smooth operation of the device. Maintenance of water level in intermediate capacity is carried out by means of system of mechanical float-operated valves. The electric pump serves for pumping of liquid in container. Control of filling level is exercised by means of the electromagnetic valve which operating time defines "SAU".
Speed of filling liquid is regulated by means of the crane - obratka and adjusting (distribution) cranes.
All details adjoining to product are made of food stainless steel and food plastics, application of details from brass, no more than 1% of the total area of contact with product is also allowed.
