Garmonizator Shungit + Talkokhlorit (Tulikivi) polished

Properties of garmonizator:

Way of use:

The cylinder from a shungit (black) should be held in the left hand, from a talkokhlorit (tulikiva) (gray) — in right.

Sit down in the weakened situation, without crossing legs. During a session it is necessary to put both hands with the cylinders squeezed in them on knees and to hold them in parallel each other. For strengthening of effect it is recommended to close eyes, to distract from all thoughts, having entirely concentrated attention on the feelings.

Duration of procedure is individual. It is necessary to begin from 3-5 minutes, gradually leading up a session till 10-15 minutes. The effect of "recharge" and harmonization remains approximately within two days.

It is recommended to use cylinders 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening, within two weeks with a break for a month.

Contraindications:

It is not recommended to use garmonizator at mental diseases, sharp cardiovascular diseases (a myocardial infarction, stenocardia attacks), the had stroke, psychological frustration, a hypertension of high degree, high temperature of a body, to pregnant women and children till 12 years.
